You will be responsible for leading a team of property consultants, setting sales targets, and ensuring that the team delivers exceptional service to our clients. Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
In-depth understanding of the real estate sector in Egypt.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse sales team.
Strong analytical skills to track team performance and sales metrics.
Strategic thinker with the ability to plan and execute sales campaigns.
High level of integrity and professional ethics.
Excellent coaching and mentoring skills for professional development.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle client escalations.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Experience in the Cairo real estate market is essential.
