Tekprosol is seeking a dedicated and experienced Scrum Master to join our team in Las Vegas, NV. In this onsite role, you will be responsible for facilitating the Scrum process, ensuring that the team adheres to Agile values and practices, and helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will work closely with stakeholders and development teams to deliver high-quality products while removing roadblocks and managing dependencies to ensure smooth project delivery.

The ideal candidate must be a local resident of Las Vegas and hold a valid work authorization such as H4 EAD, Green Card, or US Citizenship. We are looking for someone who can effectively coach the team, facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our project lifecycles. This position requires a proactive individual who can serve as a servant leader to the development team while ensuring project goals are met within the specified timelines.

Key Requirements

Candidate must be locally based in Las Vegas, NV. Valid work authorization required: H4 EAD, Green Card, or US Citizen only. Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment. In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban. Excellent facilitation and coaching skills to lead team ceremonies. Ability to remove team impediments and foster a self-organized environment. Experience with Agile management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management. Certification in Scrum (e.g., CSM, PSM) is highly preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle complex project workflows. Knowledge of various Agile techniques like User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing. Experience in promoting a culture of transparency and collaboration within the team.
