Key Requirements
Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Valid and current Physical Therapist license in the state of California.
Proven ability to develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for 1:1 patient interaction.
Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in maintaining accurate clinical documentation and electronic health records.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Physical stamina and strength to assist patients with mobility and rehabilitation exercises.
Up-to-date knowledge of physical therapy practices, techniques, and safety standards.
Willingness to adapt to different clinical settings and patient populations across the region.
