Roldan Executive Search Group has been exclusively retained by a Global Manufacturing Leader that is well established and growing double digits every year to identify a Seasoned Director of Operations to lead and elevate a high-performance manufacturing site in Tijuana, Mexico. This role is designed for a proven operational leader who has spent significant time on the plant floor and understands what it takes to run a world-class manufacturing operation with discipline, structure, and measurable results. The successful candidate will oversee a 250,000 square foot state-of-the-art manufacturing operation and lead cross-functional teams to ensure best-in-class performance and continuous improvement across the organization.
The ideal candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership at the site level, including full P&L responsibility. Key focus areas include driving Lean Manufacturing initiatives, optimizing performance in safety, quality, delivery, and cost, and implementing world-class manufacturing systems and KPIs. We are seeking a hands-on executive recognized for building robust processes and driving organizational change. Key Requirements
15+ years of experience as a Plant Manager leading world-class manufacturing operations.
Proven success in leading robust and automated processes and systems.
Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, and Continuous Improvement.
Demonstrated ability to build robust systems, processes, and performance metrics.
Experience leading large manufacturing teams and complex operational environments.
Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and drive organizational change.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
MBA degree is highly preferred.
Proven track record of managing full P&L responsibility.
Hands-on experience on the plant floor with deep understanding of operational discipline.
