PRODUCT OWNER – P&C INSURANCE (DATA PRODUCTS) @ AVANCE SERVICES
The Product Owner will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of Data Products within the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, manage the product backlog, and ensure the delivery of high-quality data solutions using Agile and Scrum methodologies. The successful candidate will leverage their deep expertise in P&C Insurance lines, such as Auto, Home, and Umbrella, to translate business needs into technical requirements for Data Warehouse projects.
Operating onsite in Woodland Hills, California, the Product Owner will utilize tools like Snowflake for data management and Rally for workflow tracking. A strong emphasis will be placed on Data Governance to maintain data integrity and compliance across the organization. This contract position requires a candidate with at least 10 years of experience and is specifically open to H1B visa holders who possess a strong analytical mindset and the ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical data teams.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Product Ownership or similar roles.
Extensive knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance, including Auto, Home, and Umbrella lines.
Proven experience working with Data Warehouse technologies and Data Products.
Hands-on expertise with Snowflake for data management and analysis.
Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies for software and data development.
Demonstrated experience using Rally for project management and sprint tracking.
Strong understanding of Data Governance principles and practices.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to align business and IT.
Ability to work onsite at the Woodland Hills, CA location.
Must hold a valid H1B visa to be considered for this specific contract engagement.
