The role also involves issuing inventory according to approved requisitions, conducting regular stock counts to reconcile discrepancies, and proactively monitoring stock levels to recommend timely replenishment, thereby ensuring operational efficiency.

This position reports to the Finance Manager and requires preparing comprehensive inventory and stock reports for management. The successful candidate will ensure strict compliance with inventory policies and internal controls, and actively support audits while coordinating effectively with the Procurement, ICT, Finance, and Warehouse teams. Applicants should hold a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 2 years' experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or stores operations. Experience managing ICT equipment inventory and using inventory management systems or ERP software will be a significant advantage. Knowledge and skills in ICT equipment, including computers, networking devices, printers, and accessories, are also highly valued.
