Fanikiwa More Company Limited is looking for a Supervisor for Personal Secured Loans to be based in Mwanza. This crucial role involves leading and coaching a team to successfully meet agreed sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong client base, be an adept problem-solver, and possess the ability to effectively address the needs of both clients and sales agents. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, along with a keen eye for detail and superior customer service skills, are essential for this position. The Supervisor will also be responsible for upholding high integrity, building strong customer relationships, and actively monitoring and controlling the loan portfolio. Excellent report writing, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively are key attributes.
