This role requires a responsible individual who can effectively manage, coach, and lead a team towards achieving specific sales targets. Candidates should possess a strong client base, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a proven capability to cater to the needs of both clients and sales agents. The successful applicant will be detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and demonstrate superior customer service skills. This position is available for 4 posts, with 2 in Mwanza and 2 in Arusha, offering an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic microfinance environment. The ideal candidate will embody high integrity, exceptional customer service, and strong relationship-building capabilities. Responsibilities include monitoring and controlling the loan portfolio, generating excellent reports, and fostering robust interpersonal and communication skills. Key Requirements
Diploma is preferred
Not less than 2 years with experience in microfinance
Experience of managing through coaching and leading a team to achieve the agreed sales target
Strong client base
