Key Requirements
Graduate or Diploma qualification in Social Studies, Community Development, Gender and Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related subjects.
At least 1 year of experience in the international development sector.
Experience working with marginalized communities to implement community development programmes.
Familiarity with education, microfinance, livelihood, agriculture, and food security sectors.
Experience with girls and women empowerment programmes.
