Key Requirements

Exhibit proficiency with various electronic medical record (EMR) and encoder systems. Ensure a high degree of coding accuracy consistent with industry standards and audit requirements. Maintain thorough knowledge of NCCI edits, modifier usage, and payer-specific guidelines. Provide reliable high-speed internet access suitable for secure remote healthcare operations. Ability to obtain multi-state licensure in states such as GA, NC, SC, PA, VA, WV, NJ, CT, WI, ND, and SD. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Comfortable using EHR systems and telehealth technology platforms. Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload). Ability to work a rotating 12 PM – 11 PM schedule including weekends and holidays.
