FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER – VIRTUAL CARE @ SGS CONSULTING
We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality telehealth care through a virtual platform. In this role, you will independently provide evidence-based, patient-centered care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. You will assess, diagnose, treat, and manage patients ranging from ages 18 months and above, while ensuring accurate documentation and continuity of care within our EHR systems. The position requires a commitment to a rotating schedule from 12 PM – 11 PM, including every other weekend and select holidays with reduced shifts. The pay for this role is $75–$77/hour.
As a remote practitioner, you must maintain a professional home office environment with reliable high-speed internet. Your primary focus will be on clinical excellence and patient safety in a digital health setting. You will be expected to manage a variety of patient needs including primary care, chronic care, and acute care issues. Success in this role requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively while using telehealth technology to bridge the gap in patient access to healthcare.

Key Requirements
Active New York (NY) license is mandatory (Hard Stop).
Master’s Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program.
Current Board Certification and active NP license.
Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a primary or acute care setting.
BLS Certification required.
Ability to obtain multi-state licensure in states such as GA, NC, SC, PA, VA, WV, NJ, CT, WI, ND, and SD.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Comfortable using EHR systems and telehealth technology platforms.
Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload).
Ability to work a rotating 12 PM – 11 PM schedule including weekends and holidays.
