Key Requirements

Proven experience in stakeholder management for global projects. Ability to lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary technical teams. Strong project planning and resource management skills. Experience in risk assessment and mitigation for software projects. Excellent reporting and presentation skills for executive stakeholders. Native or JLPT N1 Japanese language proficiency. Experience in the automotive or embedded systems industry.
