SYSTEM INTEGRATOR @ NITCO TECH
Our Tokyo office is seeking a System Integrator to manage requirements and track defects for ADAS and automotive systems. Using tools like DOORS, you will be responsible for requirement traceability and ensuring that system specifications are met by the development teams. You will also utilize JIRA and 8D methodology for defect tracking and root cause analysis to maintain high system reliability.
The role involves significant change management and coordination with customers to ensure project alignment. As a System Integrator, you will be the point of contact for technical problem-solving and integration health. Fluency in Japanese (N1/Native) is mandatory to facilitate technical discussions and customer meetings within the Japanese market.

Key Requirements
Proven experience in requirement management using IBM DOORS.
Proficiency in defect tracking and management using JIRA.
Experience with 8D methodology for root cause analysis.
Strong understanding of change management processes.
Demonstrated ability in customer coordination and communication.
Knowledge of system-level integration and testing procedures.
Ability to analyze complex system defects and propose solutions.
Familiarity with automotive electronic architectures.
Native or JLPT N1 Japanese language proficiency.
Experience in ADAS or related automotive technologies.
