AI MODEL DEVELOPMENT – ADAS @ NITCO TECH
We are looking for an AI Model Development specialist to enhance our ADAS capabilities in Tokyo. The successful candidate will develop advanced computer vision models such as YOLO, Faster R-CNN, and U-Net, and work on sensor fusion projects involving LiDAR, radar, and cameras. This role is pivotal in creating tracking and prediction systems using LSTMs, Transformers, and GNNs to improve vehicle safety and autonomy.
You will also be involved in planning using Reinforcement Learning and rule-based systems, as well as developing driver monitoring models for face detection and drowsiness. This position requires a deep understanding of automotive software and the ability to work in a high-intensity innovation environment. N1 level Japanese is required for seamless collaboration with our local teams.

Key Requirements
Advanced experience with computer vision models like YOLO and Faster R-CNN.
Knowledge of segmentation models including U-Net and Mask R-CNN.
Expertise in sensor fusion using LiDAR, radar, and camera inputs.
Familiarity with PointPillars or BEVFusion architectures.
Skills in object tracking and prediction using DeepSORT or LSTM.
Experience applying Transformers and GNNs to spatial-temporal data.
Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning for path planning.
Experience developing driver monitoring systems (DMS).
Native or JLPT N1 Japanese language proficiency.
Strong technical depth in AI/ML or embedded systems.
