Backbone Tanzania Company Limited is actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fish Feed Sales Supervisor to lead its sales team and significantly drive growth within the Lake Victoria region, specifically based in Mwanza. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of fish feed sales operations, effectively managing a dedicated sales team, and fostering robust customer relationships. The supervisor will be instrumental in ensuring the achievement of sales targets and strategically expanding the company's market share in the vital aquaculture sector of the Lake Victoria region. Responsibilities will include managing and motivating the sales team, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong customer and distributor relationships, identifying new business opportunities and market trends, monitoring competitors, ensuring product distribution and availability, preparing sales reports, and providing technical support and training to both customers and the sales team.

Key Requirements

Age between 30-40 years old, with a preference for male candidates. Bachelor's degree or higher, specializing in Aquaculture, Fisheries, or related fields. Must possess practical fish farming technical experience, including at least 5 years of tilapia farming experience. Deep understanding of the aquaculture industry and the capability to provide technical guidance to farmers to enhance fish production performance. Minimum of 3 years of experience in fish feed sales or sales in other industries.
