You will play a critical role in monitoring all the reinsurance arrangements including treaty and facultative reinsurance protection for all classes of business written by the company in line with company’s operating manuals. Additionally, the position requires performing reconciliation of premium billing statements, WHT tax calculations, and maintaining various reinsurance registers to provide guidance to underwriting, claims, and finance teams.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Insurance & Risk Management or a related field.
Professional insurance certification (Certificate CII) or equivalent.
Reinsurance certificate.
Highly organized, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
Practical, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
