Key Requirements

Minimum 5 to 8+ years of experience in handling Open Account Trade and SCF products. Proven expertise in receivables finance, payable finance, factoring, and invoice discounting. Strong understanding of business analysis, IT backend processing, and channel systems. Deep knowledge of both Conventional and Islamic Finance products and processes. Exceptional skills in identifying, defining, and documenting business needs and objectives. Ability to analyze practicability, identify gaps, and develop requirements for new system upgrades. Experience as a Certified Scrum Master or Agile coach is highly preferred. Proficiency in creating test scenarios, test cases, and managing SIT and UAT processes. Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. Demonstrated experience with project management and documentation tools like Jira and Confluence. Prior exposure to Oracle suites and IMX (Codix) systems is considered a significant advantage. Excellent stakeholder management skills across multiple business functions.
