SENIOR BA OPEN ACCOUNT TRADE @ KBC TECHNOLOGIES
KBC Technologies is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst specializing in Open Account Trade to join their team in Dubai. The role focuses on handling complex SCF products including receivables finance, payable finance, factoring, and invoice discounting within both conventional and Islamic finance frameworks. You will be responsible for translating high-level business visions into actionable technical solutions, ensuring that all backend processing systems are optimized to meet organizational goals and customer experience standards.
In this position, you will lead various project assignments, manage stakeholder expectations across different functions, and oversee the entire project lifecycle from requirement gathering to User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business process re-engineering and documentation using tools like Jira, Visio, and MS Office. You will also be expected to coach technical and non-business staff, conduct formal training sessions, and ensure that system designs perfectly align with business requirements and user needs.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 to 8+ years of experience in handling Open Account Trade and SCF products.
Proven expertise in receivables finance, payable finance, factoring, and invoice discounting.
Strong understanding of business analysis, IT backend processing, and channel systems.
Deep knowledge of both Conventional and Islamic Finance products and processes.
Exceptional skills in identifying, defining, and documenting business needs and objectives.
Ability to analyze practicability, identify gaps, and develop requirements for new system upgrades.
Experience as a Certified Scrum Master or Agile coach is highly preferred.
Proficiency in creating test scenarios, test cases, and managing SIT and UAT processes.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Demonstrated experience with project management and documentation tools like Jira and Confluence.
Prior exposure to Oracle suites and IMX (Codix) systems is considered a significant advantage.
Excellent stakeholder management skills across multiple business functions.
