This pivotal role involves driving portfolio contribution by creating innovative training solutions for the market. However, the role requires significant flexibility to travel both within Tanzania and internationally, engaging with clients and partners across East Africa and the broader African market. Key Requirements
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management.
Minimum three years of proven B2B sales and/or business development experience.
Experience within the oil and gas and energy sectors across Tanzania, East Africa, and the broader African market is a significant advantage.
Demonstrated strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
Ability to act independently and take initiative.
