This pivotal role involves driving portfolio contribution by creating innovative training solutions for the market. The primary work location for this position is Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. However, the role requires significant flexibility to travel both within Tanzania and internationally, engaging with clients and partners across East Africa and the broader African market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong business acumen, demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, and exhibit exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Requirements
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management.
Minimum three years of proven B2B sales and/or business development experience.
Experience within the oil and gas and energy sectors across Tanzania, East Africa, and the broader African market is a significant advantage.
Demonstrated strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
Ability to act independently and take initiative.
Proven capability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong relationship-building and client management abilities.
Capacity to develop and implement comprehensive training programs and solutions.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
