Hotel Urban by CityBlue in Dar es Salaam is looking for experienced and dynamic Supervisors to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest service across various departments. Key Requirements
Fluent in English
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a relevant supervisory role within a hotel
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to train and mentor junior staff members
