SUPERVISOR (2 POSITIONS) @ HOTEL URBAN BY CITYBLUE
Hotel Urban by CityBlue in Dar es Salaam is looking for experienced and dynamic Supervisors to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest service across various departments. The ideal candidates will possess strong leadership qualities, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of hotel staff. Responsibilities include supervising staff performance, resolving guest issues, ensuring adherence to service standards, and contributing to the overall smooth functioning of the hotel. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining high levels of operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Key Requirements
Fluent in English
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a relevant supervisory role within a hotel
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to train and mentor junior staff members
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in conflict resolution and guest complaint handling
Knowledge of hotel operations and departmental procedures
Ability to ensure service quality standards are met
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
