Day Sparkle Consultancy Ltd is recruiting on behalf of an esteemed client based in Dar es Salaam for a Project Manager specializing in ICT and Telecommunications. This role is critical for the oversight and successful execution of complex infrastructure projects, including telecom tower (minara) installations, network rollout works, and general technical installations. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that all project milestones are met on time and within the specified budget. You will be responsible for coordinating various contractors and ensuring that all engineering standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.
The successful candidate will lead the strategic planning and implementation of telecommunications systems, requiring a deep understanding of ICT hardware and software integration. You will manage diverse technical teams, providing guidance and leadership to navigate the complexities of network infrastructure. Key responsibilities include risk assessment, resource allocation, and maintaining high levels of operational efficiency.
