PROJECT MANAGER – ROAD @ SOURCERE SOURCES
Sourcere Sources is looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead large-scale Road construction projects in Tanzania. This senior leadership role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and resource mobilization to final delivery and handover. You will be responsible for ensuring that all road works meet international quality standards while adhering to strict timelines and budgetary constraints.
As a Project Manager, you will manage high-level relationships with government authorities, consultants, and stakeholders. You must have a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and navigate the logistical challenges associated with infrastructure projects in Africa. Key Requirements
4 to 15 years of project management experience in road works
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering
PMP or equivalent project management certification
Proven track record of delivering road projects worth over $10M
Expertise in project scheduling using MS Project or Primavera
Deep understanding of safety, health, and environmental regulations
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Experience in managing large teams of local and expatriate staff
Ability to work under pressure and resolve complex site issues
Advanced proficiency in financial management and budget oversight
