TIPER Bulk Storage is hiring a Mechanical Supervisor to lead our mechanical maintenance department. You will be responsible for planning and executing all mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance tasks on pumps, valves, piping systems, and storage tanks. Your goal is to ensure the maximum uptime of all mechanical equipment while maintaining the highest safety and environmental standards. You will supervise a team of technicians, ensuring they have the necessary tools and training to perform their duties effectively.

The Mechanical Supervisor will also be involved in technical inspections and the procurement of spare parts. You will collaborate with the engineering team on facility upgrades and new installations. This role requires a combination of high-level technical expertise in mechanical systems and the leadership skills necessary to manage an industrial workshop and field maintenance activities.

Key Requirements

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field. Over 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within a bulk storage or refinery setting. Expertise in the maintenance of centrifugal pumps, gate valves, and storage tank systems. Proven experience in supervising and training mechanical technicians. In-depth knowledge of welding, fabrication, and mechanical integrity standards.
