FACILITY & ESTATE SUPERVISOR @ LAKE CEMENT
The Facility & Estate Supervisor is responsible for the overall aesthetic and functional upkeep of the Lake Cement premises. This includes supervising cleaning staff, gardeners, and third-party service providers to ensure that all buildings, roads, and open areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You will manage the landscaping and general appearance of the estate to reflect the company's professional image.
Beyond basic cleaning supervision, this role involves coordinating day-to-day estate maintenance and ensuring that all assets, including boundary areas and staff facilities, remain safe and orderly. You will report directly to the HR/Admin Manager, providing updates on facility conditions and managing the resources required for landscaping and gardening projects.

Key Requirements
Previous experience in facility or estate supervision
Strong skills in supervising manual labor teams
Knowledge of landscaping and gardening techniques
Experience managing outsourced service providers
Ability to maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards
Excellent organizational and coordination skills
Proficiency in basic reporting for management
Commitment to maintaining safe working environments
Strong communication and leadership abilities
