ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR @ EA ELECTRICAL POWER SOLUTIONS LTD (EAPS)
EA Electrical Power Solutions Ltd (EAPS) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our technical operations in Tarime. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of technicians, ensuring all electrical maintenance tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards. This role requires a strong focus on preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime in high-stakes environments such as mining and heavy industry.
As a supervisor, you will coordinate daily activities, manage resources, and provide technical guidance for HV/LV systems and underground power protection. You will be expected to uphold a rigorous safety culture, ensuring all team members adhere to OSHA and HSE regulations. The role involves troubleshooting complex electrical issues and implementing long-term solutions to improve system reliability and operational performance within the Tarime region.

Key Requirements
Relevant technical qualification or professional trade certificate in Electrical Engineering.
Proven experience in mining, heavy industry, or large-scale electrical maintenance.
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills in a technical environment.
In-depth knowledge of HV/LV power systems and underground electrical infrastructure.
Strong commitment to safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for complex electrical equipment.
Ability to develop and execute comprehensive preventive maintenance plans.
Valid OSHA or HSE certifications are highly advantageous.
Proficiency in technical reporting and maintenance documentation.
Knowledge of electrical protection systems and HV switching procedures.
