Baraza Resort & Spa is seeking passionate and professional Receptionists to join our Front Office team in the beautiful setting of Zanzibar. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating a luxury hospitality experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include welcoming and assisting guests during the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience. You will also be tasked with handling various guest requests, providing detailed information about resort services, and coordinating with other departments to maintain high standards of service. In addition to face-to-face interactions, you will professionally manage telephone inquiries and correspondence, ensuring that all guest needs are addressed promptly and effectively. This role requires a candidate who is well-organized, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service.
