Additionally, the role involves managing cash disbursements, processing salary payments, and interpreting tax regulations to support the company's financial integrity. The recruitment process includes document screening, an online assignment, and an online interview. The position offers full-time employment with an initial six-month probation period and the potential for a long-term contract following the first two years.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 1-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance functions. Good understanding of Tanzanian tax and statutory requirements. Strong organizational and bookkeeping skills. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
