As a Communication & Marketing Coordinator based in Siha, Kilimanjaro, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the organization's mission and driving student enrollment. Your work will involve leading multi-channel marketing efforts, managing digital platforms, and creating compelling multimedia content that resonates with donors, sponsors, and the local community. The role requires a dedicated professional capable of bridging the gap between the organization's impactful work and its diverse stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans that align with UBORA's core values of integrity, teamwork, and accountability. You will capture impactful stories through photography and videography, engage with various stakeholders including alumni and partners, and ensure a consistent brand voice across all platforms. This position is situated in the scenic Siha district of Kilimanjaro, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to youth empowerment and educational advancement within a supportive and mission-driven environment.
