Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Finance, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in compensation and benefits administration.
In-depth knowledge of Tanzanian Labor Laws and tax regulations.
Proficiency in payroll software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee data.
