The Tanzania Atomic Energy Commission (TAEC) is looking for 5 Laboratory Technicians to join their team as volunteers. The technicians will be responsible for handling laboratory equipment, conducting analysis, and ensuring that laboratory procedures align with international radiation safety standards. This role requires technical precision and a strong understanding of laboratory science and medical technology to support the commission's scientific objectives. Working stations for these positions are distributed among Dar-es-Salaam, Bagamoyo, Mwanza, Mara, Mbeya, Kigoma, Kagera, Zanzibar, Arusha, Tanga, Kilimanjaro, Mtwara, and Lindi. Volunteers will gain hands-on experience in a specialized atomic energy lab environment, contributing directly to environmental and public health protection.

Key Requirements

Holder of FTC or Diploma in Laboratory Technology or Laboratory Sciences Registered with the respective Professional Board Good communication and writing skills Computer skills and literacy Must be a citizen of Tanzania
