Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences.
Valid registration with the Health Laboratory Practitioners Council.
Demonstrated experience in a clinical laboratory environment.
Proficiency in using and maintaining modern laboratory equipment.
Expertise in sample collection, processing, and storage.
Knowledge of quality control and quality assurance procedures.
Strict adherence to health and safety laboratory protocols.
Analytical mindset with high attention to detail for accurate reporting.
Strong organizational skills for managing multiple samples and tests.
Good interpersonal skills for collaborating with clinical staff.
