We are seeking an Electrical Reliability Superintendent to join a major international energy operation in Ghana. The role focuses on the development of new gas processing infrastructure, including Gas Conditioning Plants and midstream terminals. You will be responsible for implementing reliability and maintenance programs for critical plant equipment, ensuring that operations remain safe and efficient. This role is offered as a remote rotational assignment with full travel support.
You will lead troubleshooting efforts using Root Cause Analysis and manage maintenance planning through CMMS platforms. The position requires a leader who can manage teams in remote or international locations, providing technical support for HV/MV systems and control systems like PLC and HMI.
