ELECTRICAL RELIABILITY SUPERINTENDENT @ SNAPPY HIRES
We are seeking an Electrical Reliability Superintendent to join a major international energy operation in Ghana. The role focuses on the development of new gas processing infrastructure, including Gas Conditioning Plants and midstream terminals. You will be responsible for implementing reliability and maintenance programs for critical plant equipment, ensuring that operations remain safe and efficient. This role is offered as a remote rotational assignment with full travel support.
You will lead troubleshooting efforts using Root Cause Analysis and manage maintenance planning through CMMS platforms. The position requires a leader who can manage teams in remote or international locations, providing technical support for HV/MV systems and control systems like PLC and HMI. Key Requirements
8 to 15 years of professional experience in electrical maintenance and reliability.
Direct experience working with LNG, gas conditioning, or fractionation plants.
Proven ability to lead and develop maintenance teams in a plant environment.
Technical expertise in switchgear, transformers, and high-voltage systems.
Hands-on experience with SCADA, PLC, and HMI control architectures.
Deep understanding of Fire & Gas detection and Emergency Shutdown systems.
Skill in conducting Root Cause Analysis for electrical equipment failures.
Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for planning.
Participation in the commissioning and startup of industrial infrastructure.
Ability to adapt to remote work environments and follow strict safety protocols.
