Rusbi Group is hiring Cluster Managers to oversee operations across multiple locations in Northern Nigeria, specifically in Zaria, Samunaka, and Kafanchan. As a Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating agricultural activities, managing field teams, and ensuring the efficient distribution of Rusbi Fertilizer within your assigned cluster. This role is essential for our mission to improve agricultural output and support the farming community in the North through hands-on leadership and operational excellence.
Candidates should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment and handle various logistical challenges associated with agricultural management in these regions. Your duties will include monitoring cluster performance, providing technical support to farmers, and maintaining accurate records of inventory and sales. We are looking for individuals who are committed to agricultural development and possess the leadership skills necessary to drive success across the Zaria, Samunaka, and Kafanchan clusters.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a closely related field.
At least 3 years of experience in agricultural cluster management or field operations.
Deep understanding of crop production, fertilizer application, and soil health management.
Strong organizational and logistical management skills for regional operations.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of field officers and extension workers.
