CLUSTER MANAGER (3 POSITIONS) @ RUSBI GROUP
Rusbi Group is hiring Cluster Managers to oversee operations across multiple locations in Northern Nigeria, specifically in Zaria, Samunaka, and Kafanchan. As a Cluster Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating agricultural activities, managing field teams, and ensuring the efficient distribution of Rusbi Fertilizer within your assigned cluster. This role is essential for our mission to improve agricultural output and support the farming community in the North through hands-on leadership and operational excellence.

Your duties will include monitoring cluster performance, providing technical support to farmers, and maintaining accurate records of inventory and sales. Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a closely related field.
At least 3 years of experience in agricultural cluster management or field operations.
Deep understanding of crop production, fertilizer application, and soil health management.
Strong organizational and logistical management skills for regional operations.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of field officers and extension workers.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and community relationship management skills.
Proficiency in data collection, reporting, and basic inventory management software.
Fluency in English and Hausa is essential for effective communication with local farmers.
Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a motorcycle in rural terrains.
Strong commitment to integrity, accountability, and the growth of the agricultural sector.
