LAND PREPARATION SUPERVISOR @ TOPCROP TANZANIA LIMITED

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the preparation of land for cultivation, ensuring that all soil preparation and farm machinery tasks are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role involves direct supervision of tractor operators and field teams to maintain productivity and quality across all stages of land development.
In this position, you will utilize your expertise in agricultural engineering to plan and execute complex land preparation projects. You will be expected to deliver regular reports on progress and manage field resources effectively.
