LAND PREPARATION SUPERVISOR @ TOPCROP TANZANIA LIMITED
TopCrop Tanzania Limited is seeking a dedicated Land Preparation Supervisor to oversee our large-scale agricultural operations in the Rufiji region. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the preparation of land for cultivation, ensuring that all soil preparation and farm machinery tasks are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role involves direct supervision of tractor operators and field teams to maintain productivity and quality across all stages of land development.

You will be expected to deliver regular reports on progress and manage field resources effectively. Key Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Agriculture or Agricultural Engineering
3 to 5 years experience in large-scale land preparation
Strong knowledge of soil preparation and farm machinery
Proven supervision of tractor operators and field teams
Strong planning, coordination, and reporting skills
Valid driving license
Proficiency in mapping and land survey basics
Ability to manage irrigation schedules and soil moisture levels
Knowledge of health and safety standards in agricultural operations
Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse field staff
