Reliable Food Distributors is seeking an experienced and motivated Night Shift Manager to join our fast-paced, family-owned food distribution business. This hands-on leadership role is designed for a professional who thrives in high-volume environments and can lead a team of up to 15 staff from the front. You will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring that productivity, accuracy, and strict deadlines are consistently met while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. The starting salary for this position is $86,000 plus superannuation, with additional KPI-based bonus incentives available.

In this role, you will be expected to drive team performance and accountability through effective communication and a solutions-focused mindset. Working 5 nights per week, you will be instrumental in maintaining a strong team culture and operational efficiency during the night shift.
