CIVIL QUANTITY SURVEYOR / CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR @ I-COST

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the civil sector
Proven track record in Contract Administration within civil construction
Ability to deliver commercially sound outcomes for complex projects
Expertise in cost estimation and financial reporting for infrastructure
Strong understanding of Australian construction contracts and standards
A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Proficiency in industry-specific software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication abilities
Experience working within a collaborative and high-performing team environment
