You will also support troubleshooting efforts for cable faults and integrity problems while ensuring all testing tools and equipment are calibrated and maintained in top condition. Your expertise will be fundamental in preventing failures and ensuring the long-term reliability of high-voltage electrical systems.
Key Requirements
Solid electrical background with significant hands-on experience in testing cables up to 33kV.
Extensive practical experience with IR, Hipot, VLF withstand, and sheath integrity testing.
Proficiency in performing partial discharge testing and analyzing the resulting data.
Deep understanding of the safe use and maintenance of high-voltage testing equipment.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Materials or Industrial Engineering.
NACE Coating Inspector certification (Level 1 or 2 preferred).
3–5 years of coating inspection or corrosion protection experience.
Proven experience in the mining, oil & gas, or heavy industrial sectors.
Proficiency in using coating inspection instruments like Elcometers and surface profile gauges.
