Based at the Nyanzaga Site in the Sengerema District of Mwanza, this role is essential for protecting company assets, staff, and sensitive data through systematic inquiries and evidence analysis. You will be responsible for upholding compliance standards and mitigating threats to ensure a secure operating environment for all mining personnel and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will conduct thorough investigations into incidents such as theft, fraud, and workplace violence, preparing comprehensive reports detailing findings and recommendations. You will collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary, monitor surveillance data, and develop security policies to enhance organizational safety. This role requires a high degree of integrity, critical thinking, and the ability to stay current on industry regulations regarding security and privacy. Work locations include the Nyanzaga Site and surrounding areas within the Sengerema District.
