Sotta Mining Corporation Limited is looking for a meticulous Contract Compliance Supervisor (Business Analyst) to join our team in Mwanza. The primary focus of this role is to ensure that all procurement activities, goods contracts, and logistics operations remain in strict compliance with internal policies and external legal requirements. You will conduct regular reviews and audits to identify potential risks, inefficiencies, or deviations from agreed-upon terms, providing actionable insights to improve our supply chain integrity. In this capacity, you will act as a key liaison between the procurement department and senior management, offering data-driven analysis to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess a sharp analytical mind and a deep understanding of commercial contracts. By maintaining rigorous oversight of our contractual obligations, you will help the company minimize financial risk and ensure that all business partnerships are conducted transparently and efficiently.
Key Requirements
Conduct regular compliance reviews of procurement, goods contracts, and logistics activities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field
Significant experience in procurement compliance or business analysis
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex contract terms
Experience in the mining or heavy industry sector is highly preferred
Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel for data analysis
Excellent attention to detail and organizational capabilities
Ability to conduct thorough audits of logistics and goods contracts
Strong ethical standards and integrity in business dealings
Knowledge of Tanzanian procurement laws and commercial regulations
