Sotta Mining Corporation Limited is seeking a Security Investigator Supervisor to identify, prevent, and address fraudulent acts and security breaches that may jeopardize the organization's safety. Based at the Nyanzaga Site in the Sengerema District of Mwanza, this role is essential for protecting company assets, staff, and sensitive data through systematic inquiries and evidence analysis. You will be responsible for upholding compliance standards and mitigating threats to ensure a secure operating environment for all mining personnel and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will conduct thorough investigations into incidents such as theft, fraud, and workplace violence, preparing comprehensive reports detailing findings and recommendations. You will collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary, monitor surveillance data, and develop security policies to enhance organizational safety. This role requires a high degree of integrity, critical thinking, and the ability to stay current on industry regulations regarding security and privacy. Work locations include the Nyanzaga Site and surrounding areas within the Sengerema District.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, Security Management, Law, or a related field.
Proven experience in security investigation or law enforcement operations.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for complex incident resolution.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for professional report writing.
Proficiency in using investigation tools and advanced surveillance systems.
High level of integrity and strict adherence to professional ethical standards.
Comprehensive knowledge of relevant laws regarding security and privacy in Tanzania.
Ability to conduct thorough background checks and organizational risk assessments.
Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive security policies and procedures.
Ability to lead training and awareness programs for staff regarding security best practices.
