Oversight of kitchen and stock control is crucial, including weekly food and beverage ordering, ensuring kitchen recipe compliance, and executing monthly inventory stock takes. The General Manager will also ensure all health and safety protocols are strictly followed, maintaining up-to-date staff first aid, fire, and food-handler certificates, and ensuring all guests sign arrival waivers for their safety.

Key Requirements

Proven background in lodge management or high-end hospitality operations. Fully comfortable adapting to changing shifts and hours within a demanding 24-hour lodge environment. Exceptional relationship builder with an eye for detail, strong communication skills, and high emotional intelligence.
