Key responsibilities include promoting and selling automotive passenger vehicles to both new and existing clientele, actively seeking out and developing new business ventures within the market, and meticulously preparing and presenting quotations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for diligently following up on customer inquiries to ensure prompt and efficient order processing, consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets. Furthermore, monitoring market trends, analyzing competitor activities, and providing comprehensive product knowledge and technical information to customers are integral aspects of this role. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback, along with effectively handling customer complaints to ensure high levels of satisfaction, are also crucial.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in automotive sales or a related field
Good knowledge of automotive spare parts and vehicle components
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
Provide product knowledge and technical information to customers
