Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 8 years' experience in an integrated cement plant.
Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance principles.
Proven experience with cement plant equipment (crushers, VRMs, kilns, clinker coolers, conveyors, ball mills, compressors, pollution control systems).
Hands-on experience in major equipment overhauls, troubleshooting, and machinery alignment.
