KC COMPANY LIMITED is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee and manage daily operations at our facility in Kimbiji. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. You will lead a team of workers, managing their performance and attendance to ensure optimal productivity. In addition to daily supervision, you will be expected to prepare detailed production reports and records for management review. This role requires a strong background in manufacturing and mechanical engineering, as well as excellent leadership skills to navigate the challenges of a busy production floor. You must be committed to excellence and integrity in all aspects of your work. The position demands a proactive approach to production planning to prevent downtime and maintain a consistent flow of operations.
Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of work experience within the manufacturing industry.
Proven leadership and strong communication skills to manage a diverse team.
Deep knowledge of production planning and industrial quality standards.
Ability to supervise daily production operations efficiently.
Competency in monitoring quality and safety standards consistently.
Experience in managing worker performance, shifts, and attendance.
Proficiency in preparing detailed production reports and records.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities on the production floor.
