The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for roles in AI, data, software, IT, and business functions. This is a remote, performance-driven opportunity ideal for a recruiter with established connections in the US market.
You will work independently to build a pipeline of pre-vetted candidates and collaborate closely with our leadership team. We offer competitive base pay plus commission and a clear path toward managerial growth as our organization continues to expand internationally.
Key Requirements
Existing relationships with at least 2 US hiring managers or HR professionals
2+ years of professional recruiting experience
Proven ability to source and qualify candidates in IT and tech sectors
Strong interpersonal and candidate relationship management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
